We'd rather you self-serve than wait. If we missed your question, we're at hello@appcaststudio.com.
Three plans — Starter ($499/mo), Growth ($1,499/mo) and Enterprise (custom). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-generated videos. Manual MP4 uploads are unlimited on every plan. See the full feature matrix on the /pricing page.
Each AI-generated video uses three real services under the hood (script generation, animated avatar, voice-over). Those have a per-video compute cost. To stay honest, we bundle a fair allowance into each plan and bill overage at our cost + platform fee. Light users don't subsidize heavy users.
Starter is single-tenant. Growth includes 5 tenants. Enterprise is unlimited. Each tenant gets its own brand, slug, admin team, and analytics.
Yes on Growth and Enterprise. You'll pay the underlying providers directly and we'll discount the platform fee. Starter is bundled-only to keep onboarding simple.
Yes — book a 20-minute demo and we'll generate your first AppCast broadcast live on the call (we cover the credits). After that you can sign up on a monthly plan with no commitment; cancel any time and your data is exportable.
You type a plain-English prompt (e.g. 'we just launched instant transfers'). Our Studio writes a 30-second script in your brand tone, generates a brand-matched animated avatar, voices it with an AppCast voice you pick, drops in product screenshots, and overlays your logo. You preview, then publish.
Coming in Q3 2026 on Enterprise. You'll upload short reference videos and we'll fine-tune a presenter that looks like your real spokesperson. Today, you can pick from 24 stock avatars or generate a brand-matched synthetic one.
Scripts: 27 languages. Voices: 12 premium AppCast voices in 8 languages today (more on Enterprise). Avatar lip-sync supports all 27.
Typical generation time is 60–90 seconds end-to-end. The Studio shows progress per step (script → avatar → voice → composition).
React (@appcast/react), React Native (@appcast/react-native), Flutter (appcast), iOS Swift (Swift Package Manager) and Android Kotlin (Maven Central). All open-source MIT. Anything else can hit our REST API directly.
Two lines of code. For web it's a script tag with data-attributes; for mobile it's a one-line component that mounts a WKWebView / WebView. See /developers for live examples and copy-pasteable snippets per language.
Yes — pick a layout (auto / mobile / web / sidebar), set brand color, logo, tagline, engagement toggles per video, and CTA labels. Custom CSS hooks ship on Growth.
All traffic is TLS 1.3. Videos and metadata are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We never train AI models on your data — period. We run weekly automated backups; Enterprise gets BYOK and geo-pinned storage.
SOC-2 Type II is in progress (target Q3 2026). We sign DPAs and SCCs today; GDPR data subject requests are handled within 30 days. CCPA opt-out is built in.
Yes — there's a per-user purge API and a UI in the platform admin. Public engagement counts are recomputed from the remaining events.
Every video has variants (you can have up to 4). When a user opens the feed, we deterministically assign them to a variant by session and remember it across visits. We compute view, complete, like, share, and tap rates per variant, plus a confidence score for the winner.
Depends on your traffic. The dashboard tells you 'still gathering data' until we hit 95% confidence on at least one metric. For a video with 5k impressions, that's usually 24–72 hours.
Yes — CSV export on Starter, weekly S3 dumps on Growth, real-time streaming via webhook on Enterprise.
Email support on every plan with 1 business day response. Growth adds priority chat and a 4-hour response SLA. Enterprise adds a dedicated CSM, 24/7 incident response, and a 99.95% uptime SLA.
You get a one-click export of every video, comment, and analytics record (S3 bucket or HTTPS bundle). We delete your tenant within 30 days of cancellation. No lock-in, no retention fees.
